Lion’s Mane doesn’t look like the teas most of us are familiar with. It’s very fine, and almost orange in color; quite striking actually. Well, OK, it’s fannings, and we know what that means. It means some of the finest particles of tea sifted out of a batch of tea. Fannings are sometimes used in making teabag blends, and they’re not considered as sophisticated as most of the teas we sell. However, this is an extraordinary tasting tea and because of the fine particle size, it brews up extremely fast. No. We mean extremely fast! When you need a strong cup of black tea right now, you can brew up a cup of this in 10 seconds! Seriously, it might take longer to pour a cup of coffee at the company coffee pot.
